M’s Jack the Bulldog

A grumpy desk companion with an unusually eventful career.

Sleeper Score

A traditional ceramic dog first, a Bond reference second. The flag is conspicuous; the film connection is not.

Jack sits comfortably among books and desk accessories, with his Union Jack coat doing more talking than his film connection. The ornament appears on M’s desk in Skyfall, then follows Bond into later films. This Royal Doulton No Time To Die edition recreates his battered appearance in porcelain.
